Gaby Grundmann

Gaby Grundmann joined St. Peter Catholic School in 2011 as an assistant teacher in Key Cottage.  She was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, lived in New Orleans, and moved to Covington when she was 10 years old. After graduating from St. Scholastica Academy, she attended and graduated from Tulane University with a bachelor of science degree in management.  She worked as a paralegal and as the director of a non-profit, before staying home to raise her children.  Gaby has been married to her husband, Van, for 33 years.

They have three children:  Anna, Will and Grace who all attended and graduated from St. Peter!  Before coming to St. Peter, Gaby worked as lead teacher at The Little School for ten years.  In her spare time, she loves walking, painting, and spending time with her family.  She loves teaching the 3 and 4 year olds for their pureness of heart and genuine love of learning!  "I love when their eyes light up when we sing a new song, or when they are mesmerized by a new story...they are just so sweet!"
