Jacqueline Kelchner is a Key Cottage assistant. She joined St. Peter Catholic School in August 2013 as substitute teacher. She started a full time Asistant Position for 3rd Grade and Religion in August 2015. She was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, South America. In Elementary School she loved her teachers who made learning fun and exciting. She knew she wanted to be a teacher when she grew up. As she got older, goals changed and she became Secretary in her country for ten years with the government. In the United States, she studied Teaching Strategies for Early Childhood and earned her Child Development Associate Certification. She took 40 hours of childcare education in the State of Florida.
Jacqueline has a son who is a St. Peter School alumnus. She loves her job, coworkers, St. Peter School, and she thinks kids are angels from God, and they are the men and the women of our future.
