Mrs. Kim Wright teaches 6th and 7th grade honors ELA and middle school enrichments. She is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of Mount Carmel Academy. She earned an undergraduate degree in political science with a minor in English from Louisiana State University, where she also graduated from law school. After practicing law and working in non-profit development, she was finally able to realize her dream of becoming an English teacher in 2006. Since then, she has homeschooled her five children and served as the St. Peter Parish Confirmation Coordinator and as a teacher and administrator at the Holy Family Academy. Mrs. Wright was honored to join the faculty of St. Peter Catholic School in 2021 and believes it is a privilege to share her love of Christ and the English language with her students! She and her husband Mark have five children, the youngest two of whom attend St. Peter.
