Mimi Boudreau joined St. Peter Catholic School in 2021 as an Interventionist Coordinator. She is a native of Mandeville and a parishioner of St. Peter Catholic Church. Mimi attended St. Scholastica Academy and later graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Specific Learning Disabilities. She is certified in both Elementary and Special Education for grade K-12 and has taught in various grade levels, including middle school ELA, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, second grade and most recently first grade. Mimi and her husband, Deryl, have 3 children: Madison, Lauren and Aiden. Mimi enjoys helping her students learn and develop intellectually and spiritually. She believes education is a journey that is fun and exciting and wants to help instill a sense of curiosity and fervor for learning into her students. She also feels blessed to share the Catholic faith with them and to help them understand the many talents and gifts that God has given each of them to fulfill His perfect plan for each of their lives.
