Tammy Snyder joined St. Peter Catholic School in 2015 as an Interventionist. She grew up in Covington. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Tennessee Temple University. Before coming to St. Peter Catholic School, she worked for Northlake Christian School for the past two years in their Upward Learning Program for students who struggle. Prior to moving back to Covington in 2013, Mrs. Snyder taught at Leesburg Christian School in Virginia for twenty-three years where she gained experience teaching at every grade level. Mrs. Snyder is married to her husband, Curtis, and they have been together since senior year in college. She believes that the Catholic/Christian school environment is the best setting for students to gain the complete foundation necessary to face the world. Her prayer is that her students will come to understand that they are created by God to serve Him in whatever capacity He has for them and that every step of their learning experience is to prepare them for this service.
